Hello -- I ordered my Knobster yesterday and then realized I wanted to amend the order to add a second. I'm unclear the process as nobody has replied to my email or answered my calls (called the European number in your contact details on the website). Would appreciate if you can direct me to the best channel to communicate. Also, would be helpful to have some sense of how soon the order will ship.
