Problems with Arduino Nano Every

On the page https://siminnovations.com/3-about-air-manager is written: "Air Manager supports the Arduino Mega2560, Uno, Nano, Nano Every, Micro, Leonardo, and most of their clones."

After that I bought an Arduino Nano Every. But I can't flash the Arduino. I get the following Error-Message:

avrdude.exe: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude.exe: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x33

Now I red in the forum in older threads (1 year ago), that the Every is not supported! What is the truth? Is the Arduino Nano every supported in the newer versions of Air Manager? I use the version "Home use 4.0.2".
What can I do now?
WHat do I with the Arduino Nano Every?

No it is not supported. We had 3 that all went up in smoke, so we did not go through with it.
