Arduino binding error consistency

HI,

While testing LCD hardware for Gilles I noticed that binding errors are only issued if the board has not been plugged in and recognised for the first time of an instance of AM. If you unplug the board after it has been recognised such that its now showing greyed out in the devices tab no binding errors are issued if you run code. I think this is a bit misleading as it leads you to believe the board is available.

This is therefore a request to have binding errors issued whenever the hardware is not available.
