Instruments do not show on AirPlayer

Hi,

I just installed my AirPlayer on a Rapsberry 3. The installation went ok, the main AIrPlayer on a Windows 10 PC sees the Rapsberry and I built a panel on it.
But the instruments do not show. Only the Intro/loadin screen and FPS indicator.

I attach pictures.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I guess your panel was not positioned within the parameters of your screen that's why you cant see it.

Try to check and adjust the values of your window preferences under your RPI panel.
* I got my values based on the resolution of my screen. You can either use +/- values (ex: -1080 , 1080 , -1920 , 1920).

But the value depends on your needs, just do some tweaks until you find the right placement for your panel.

Not sure if this will solve your problem. You can give it a try hehe..

Also on the same Devices tab
click on your panel name in the left AM3 pane
then check in the right pane if you have any of these options ticked :
"Start panel when starting Air Player"
"Start panel when switching to aircraft"
if not, tick one of it then click on <Save> button

if I remember well, the default option is "Don't start panel"

I just did all what you suggested, but panel does not show. I can'a undestand why. If I change background color it changes, but gauges do not show.

Any other idea?

Did you try running the instruments locally? And see if they come up with any errors. Maybe they don't start because of script issues.

Hello Ralph,

Run on the Windows PC and AM3.3 build 15 Beta the instruments show ok. see pic. The issue is as if there was com with XPlane. There is with AM, as if I change background color, it changes accordingly on the Rapsberry monitor. But instruments are blank.

Running the panel on AM3.3 and with no XPlane loaded the result is the same: black screen with the FPM showing. Thus my reasoning.

The Pi has no shapes code, so if you're testing it then do not use the beta but the release version of Air Manager.
