So when you disable this public firewall i assume that is the windows firewall. Is that right?
Have you checked your neywork settings to see if your network is set to private network?

Ok. So.It works when Public Firewall is off. So, I did the following:
I open Windows Defender Firewall advanced settings.
I opened the link "Windows Defender Firewall Properties.
In the Public Profile tab, I turned on the Fireall state, then clicked on "Protected network connections Customize" button
I un-checked "Ethernet" as a connection I want Windows Defender Firewall to protect. I left Local Area Connections, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth Checked.
I check Air Manager again, and it's working.
Am I good to go, or am I still in a vulnerable state?
