Raspberry Pi 3 B+ stuck on Sim innovations splash screen

i start flash the SD Card with "balena Etcher" that recommended on Wiki try with 8 GB and 16 GB SD card .
in the tow cases the raspberry pi stuck on Sim innovations splash screen at starting .

Do have an Air Manager license?

NO I DON'T !
if this the problem i will get one .
but it mean the raspberry pi must be connected always to the internet ?
if i get one how to install it in downloaded image file on SD Card ?

You need an active Air Manager license to activate the Air Player license and control it. If you're looking for just one computer with instruments, then you maybe better of with just Air Manager. I can give you a refund for Air Player if you like.
