If I'm correct, the bootloader will try to download some files, it seems that your Raspberry Pi can't access the internet.

Thanks......So maybe "Air Player 3.7 Home Use (BETA 20)" doesn't have WiFi yet? I should have figured that out. In the morning I will hard wire it and give it a try.

Thanks for the help.....Mike

If you want WiFi then you'll have to configure it through the command line: https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... ess-cli.md

LAN line worked. Made connection to AM 3.7 beta. Now just have to figure out the rest.

Thanks

I just loaded an sd card with 3.7 Beta and plugged it into a brand new RPi4 with a 7" touch screen attached. When power is applied, the activity led blinks and then goes out. The red led remains on as long as it is powered. I get no response out of it at all. I used dd to copy the image to the sd card.

I tried disconnecting everything from the Pi except power. Still nothing.

I am going to try Etcher and see if that produces different results.

----Edit-----
Looks like Etcher did the trick.

Hi folks, can anyone comment on the performance of the 4? Does it allow for smoother gauges with Air Manager or is the difference negligible?

Many thanks,

Paul

Only like 10-15% more FPS. Nothing significant.

Thanks Corjan, not worth the price of entry then by the sounds of it, will stick with my 3.

What are the chances of a Rpi 4 running 2 - 3 1/2" screens for 2 - G5's?

Hi,

Right now, we only support the first HDMI port.
Running two G5's on one full HD screen should be doable. I would guess it would be around 15 FPS or so.
