Raspbian Image running automatically with AirPlayer PI

#1 Post by sikorsky77 »

hi

i am building an MCP module with a Raspberry PI2B+ and an Elegoo Mega 2560 R3 to replace my old VrInsight MCP
i downloaded the Raspbian AirPlayer PI image , then i mounted it in the SD
but when i start the PI , AirPlayer start automatically , take all the place of the 5" screen and it is impossible to access to the Raspbian Desktop behind to modify my config.txt for my screen setting
i try to use Esc or Ctrl & C, Alt & F4 , etc ... noway

any idea how to access to the desktop or more simple , some thing to change in Config.txt in the Image i downloaded before mounting it in the SD to run by myself air player for the building and test project time?

i am impatient to advance in this project with AirManager and the Arduino programming capabilities

best regards
Thierry

There is no desktop, only the command line. You'll need to use a console like Putty, so through SSH.

Another options might be to insert the SD card in your computer, and change the config.txt right from windows explorer.

Hi Ralf and Corjan

for Corjan , i do it and it works very well

for Ralf :
a solution a wanted to use but putty ask me the Login and password of your image, i tried the raspbian standard one and i can't connect to the Raspberry
you have maybe changed it to protect your airplayer RPI software

kind regards

Username and password are default, so:
Username: pi
Password: raspberry
