Air Player desktop crashes after modifying and saving panels

#1 Post by gilcan »

Hello

After a panel modification in the Windows PC with Air Manager (the panel has the option 'Start the panel automatically when starting Air Player') i saved it to the Windows PC with Air Player (it sends all panels to Air Player PC).

From this moment the Air Player crashes when starts while it loads this default panel.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the air player to try a clean start but it continues locating the panel, load it, and continues crashing.

Is there a way to clean all files and panels corresponding to the PC where the Air Player lives ??? or someone can suggest another solution to recover from this crash.

Thanks - gilcan

You can remove the Air Player folder from C:/users/your_username/ or, maybe there's a corrupt instrument. You can start by removing the OPEN_DIRECTORY in Air Player/instruments/
But if you don't bother with the configuration because you have it on the Air Manager machine, then I would suggest to completely remove the Air Player folder.
