Hi,
I installed AP yesterday and after activating it, I had to do a BIOS update on my laptop. Now AP does not recognize the machine anymore and tells me that the license is already used on another device. Can I reset the activation myself?
Another thing that catches my attention is that AP 3.4 connects without problem to the simulator, but the AP Beta 3.5(40) does not connect. Neither automatically, nor manually. It just displays "Looking for simulator..."
Thanks
Berthold

Hello Berthold
for the connection issue, ensure the latest plugin is installed which should be currently 2.6 Beta 3

Thanks Gilles,
Anybody knows whether there is a way to release a locked license from the user end? Or does that have to be done server side? I am a bit stuck with AP not being able to be activated...
Kind regards
Berthold
