instruments missing

i am register user, last time i was modifie my desktop and want to put some more instruments ... online show me 0, but when i open up in anoter cumputer in demo i got 418 instruments.
way do i not get on my register a instruments.

Hi,

Most probably, there is something blocking access to the internet.
Is that computer connected to the internet? And yes, you might have a look at firewalls that might block communication.
