Carenado PC12 EIS gauge

#1 Post by JackZ »

Here's a WIP, the Pilatus PC 12 EIS (Engine Information System) display I made specifically for Nic Pisani. It's a "12 in 1" gauge!

Apart from the ability to deport this gauge to another screen, this is an improved version over the Carenado gauge, where I corrected a few minor display bugs in the Carenado, used the real LCD font at their correct size and position and also added new functions as per the Pilatus POH.
That is the good side of Air Manager, where you can actually create functions not present in the addon you are using. Imagination (and to be honest, Xplane limitations) is the limit.

The Carenado is on the left, mine is on the right.

Amazing work Jacques that will fit perfectly and enhance the PC12
did you mean this panel will not be available freely in the Online Store eventually ?
I'm personally a big fan of such setup in PT6A powered aircraft
Very nice cluster, congrats !!!

Thanks Gilles.

Unfortunately not, as this was a custom gauge made upon order for Nic Pisani. Over 600 lines of code. It's up to him to publish it if he ever feels so.
This one will work only on the Carenado+REP Pc12 version for XPlane, as it uses specific Carenado Datarefs.

Along with the EIS,the six pack for the PC12 is complete (ASI, RMI, VS and Altimeter), instead of the Honeywell EFIS 84, the G5 was used by Nic Pisani. Here is the version with the glass on(set as a user option). Night lighting is also included.

Hello Jacques,

do you know if your customer has plans on sharing the panel with the community?
Or is there a chance that I can purchase the panel?
I am using exact the same combo (Carenado P-12 with REP) and it would help me with my home cockpit.
I do use Air Manager since quite some time but only now signed up here in the forum and can't send a private message.

Kind regards, Peter

Hi,

The member to ask is @nixous.
As cousin @JackZ says it is up to him to publish.
nixous wrote: Thu May 28, 2020 2:12 pm Only thing I ask is that once complete I would like for them to be part of the community instruments, even if I pay for them. Anyone interested?
The request started here.
