Air Manager on Galaxy Tab 3

#1 Post by flyatr »

Hi,
I got my hands on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 inch. The glass is broken on the side but it works flawlessly. With a quick search I get the idea to install Linux and run Air Manager on it.
Has anyone tried this, can this work?
Thanks!

If it supports the GPU with drivers and all it might work I guess. But I'm not sure if Java will work...

The procedure seems really complicated. Is an Android app gonna come out anytime soon?

I won't call it soon :) Corjan has started to work on it, and in theory it shouldn't be too much work, but it comes down to priorities. Maybe this year, but I'm not really sure.

Look Ing for a Android Version as well. Ipads are Waaaaay too expensive. Windows Tablets for cheap ones: some China noname junk. Android? Plenty of Cheap Tabs at my local Supermarkt or Elektroniks store. So Hope the Android Version is SOON. :D

I agree with Capt Pete. I have an iPad, but no way could afford another. I have a Nexus android tablet that would a great second setup using Air Manager.
