Hi, Nol

Welcome to the forum. You can try searching the forum as this question has been asked a lot. I also show how to set up the G1000 in a video on my YouTube channel linked below. You essentially need to make the AM panel background transparent and then pop out the G1000 display from MSFS 2020. The video shows me doing it with Xplane but the principal is the same.

FS2020 works in a similar way. The only problem with FS2020 is that you have to setup the pop out for each flight.

Yeah that is a real bummer for FS2020 users. Its bad enough having to slightly reposition them if you change aircraft in xplane but all that PFD and MFD in the same window and then separate them and position every time in FS2020 is enough to drive you nuts.

During FSX/P3D times I was using some tool ZMOVER that allows to define size and position of pop out panel-windows. I think its still available. Also for win 10. I did cost a few $ but was very usefull.

Currently I do not require it. so I did not update ZMOVER.

first of all thank you at all for informations.

All works fine, indeed it's very bad to reposition windows every time but real pleasure to use airmanager. 8-)

I use FancyZones with the Windows 10 Power Toys (free) from Microsoft to pre-define my window placements. It can save up to 10 different layouts. Select a layout, pop out your instruments from MSFS (or X-Plane), SHIFT+drag the window to the area on your monitor and drop it. It will size automatically.
