Sim on ground variable can be used but is not realistic IMHO.

It’s more a WOW thing, and doesn’t take into account the taxi in and out times which are integral parts of flight time, for flight logging purposes.

Let me investigate, I will try and find a more suitable variable probably related to the Main bus.

ENG FUEL FLOW GPH:index Is probably the more logic, as the presence of any fuel flow > 0 is indicative of the engine running.

Some aircraft can indicate both. If they have a Hobbs or equivalent that gives engine time. The flight time is then used as airframe time.
