Request: Instrument bug/feature request forum section

I think it would be a good idea if there were a specific area of the forum to post issues found with online instruments and also for requesting enhancements. Currently these get a bit lost in the general forum. It might also make it easier for anyone looking for instrument related answers.

Just an idea.
