AM does not show up in iPad Settings

iPad iOS 9.3.5 with AM v1.2.1; works with P3D4/W10 no problem, but does not show up in Instellingen / Apparatenbeheer or Privacy. Restarted iPAd no luck. Any suggestion?

It should be all the way at the bottom, in between all the other applications.

It was... but after I did a reset to the iPad: Setting/General/Stel opnieuw in/Reset all settings.
