Re: LED gear lights

Why is this reported as a 'bug' ? :?
It is a generic piece of code !
If you want to make that happen then change / adapt the code for your specific use.

Re: Java faults

Yes, I also agree fully on that. :D My CISSP has not been renewed since I retired but I keep fully up to date. I despair at some of the things people allow to run on their systems. Usually they come preloaded if they buy a machine. Almost all of it is malware in it's own right. Same as any of ...

Re: Java faults

Hi Gilles, I have never had any issues with Defender in that context. However, if it works for you that is fine. I would also never replace defender with another real time scanner as it is simply not needed. Exclusions are extremely useful with defender for certain areas, but this should not be one ...

Re: Java faults

@RoundEngine, try to add javaw.exe / bootloader.exe / airmanager.exe process names and the Air Manager / Air Player install folder full pathname (location where AM is running from), to the exclusion list in real time security scan tool if any, as well as in Windows Defender. Hi Gilles, If running d...

Re: 4.2 bugs

Hi, I found one UUID that is weird. C:\Users\Keith\Air manager BETA\instruments\OPEN_DIRECTORY\14c9611d-944e-4473-afd6-1345e0999fdb\14c9611d-944e-4473-afd6-1345e0999fdb When I searched for it this is what I found. ice_screenshot_20221104-115425.png Keith What do you find 'weird' about that Keith ?....

Re: Serial LCD 20x4 connection

I am trying to build the B58 transponder, and I am unable to display the text on the 2004 serial LCD (20x4). I am using the Hardware Function (digital transponder) in Air Manager with the X-plane 11, to connect it; the display glows, but doesn´t show anything. It won't, it is written for a 7219 8 d...

Re: Arduino could not be found in MessagePort-Mode

I don't have that issue here in either the release version or the beta.
After adding the device it will appear within 5 to 10 seconds at most. Certainly no restart needed.

Re: Arduino could not be found in MessagePort-Mode

Understood Joe, the Arduino MEGA 2560 was already used as a standard flashed board inside AM, I will check with an unknown device to better figure out your statement No problem Gilles, you can also just highlight the existing 'searching on port 'com xx'' and click the 'remove' icon which resets the...

Re: Arduino could not be found in MessagePort-Mode

Good morning Gilles, I got a chance to check on one of the PCs with Air Manager this morning and can confirm the 'device' (specifically the com port) MUST be added to AM before it will be seen with messageport. If you have not had to do this then it is simply that AM is already 'searching on port 'c...

Re: Arduino could not be found in MessagePort-Mode

It is truly awesome. The core from Earle Philhower is simply the best thing to ever appear in Arduino. You also have multiple hardware SPI and I2C. The STM32 core for Arduino ide is also maturing beautifully..stm32 nucleo 144 boards for around 23 euros. Have a couple of 480mhz nucleo 144 boards arri...
