Re: X-Touch Mini Support?
Hello: Many thanks for getting back to me, but, because of SPAD.nExt, I actually have X-Touch Mini very well operational; however, you cannot operate any self-designed instruments. That's the beauty of AM. I simply thought it would be a marriage made in heaven if we could use the X-Touch Mini to con...

Re: Limits to Static data load?
Corjan I worked on my csv file, added the labels and it started to work. Thanks to you I didn't go down the rabbit hole believing the file was too large! SimPassion Thanks so much for your code; thanks to that I got the data file converted to a 2-dimensional array as you did. I wouldn't have had a ...

Re: X-Touch Mini Support?
Yes, the X-Touch Mini is a device aimed at the music industry. But, it also has a non-music mode whereby the encoders, LEDs, switches, buttons, and the slider are all individually addressble. And, the icing on the cake is that the device has two layers or tiers, selectable by two switches. Functiona...

Re: X-Touch Mini Support?
I think they connected it as a 'midi' device. I have absolutely no idea what that means - I just know that they lit the LEDs by sending an address to a midi device. Does that help or hinder?
I'll check the game controller when I turn on the sim.
Thanks.

Re: X-Touch Mini Support?
Believe me, it's not wasted money!! It just doesn't look like I can use it with AM. But, turn on SPAD.nExt and it comes alive . As I said, using one half of it, as you can see from the snap, I can completely control the G1000 autopilot, leaving the other half to control other things on the airplane....

Re: Limits to Static data load?
Hello, Corjan: I need to work on it a bit more before I am forced to send to you but thank you for giving me the opportunity! It happened right before I had to quit for dinner (I have more things happen when I don't have time to investigate them!). However, I noticed that both of your examples used ...

Limits to Static data load?
Hello:
I was just loading a .csv file synchronously (I presume that when it's called by "data =" it is synchronous?) and suddenly, AM simply died. No warning message, the program simply went away. Are there any limits to how big it can be? Mine is 112 lines, 1,914 characters.
Thanks.
Sparky

Re: X-Touch Mini Support?
In fact, here it is. As it sits, one-half of it is set up to completely control the G1000.

X-Touch Mini Support?
Hello, all: I know this question was asked earlier (over two years ago) but, as I have one now, I thought that the question was worth asking again. Or, as I have a vested interest in them now, and as I don't know what's involved in adding support (or even if the things work in a way that would be su...
