Re: yet another generic cockpit
Yep, I figured that too. The problem is that the dual encoder they used (probably an ELMA E37) is quite expensive already (around 25$ each), and that this kind of encoder doesn't send pulses the same way a cheap mouse encoder (the one used in the Saitek) does. They probably designed a small circuit ...

Semi-transparent screws
Hello to all Was experimenting with the problem of screws over a changing background and I finally ended up with a quite satisfactory solution: semi-transparent screws. Capture.PNG I worked carefully (maybe too much considering the final size) on shadows transparency and depth of the screw itself an...

Re: yet another generic cockpit
I tried Spad.Next. Waaaay too much complicated in my opinion, and if you are planning using the stock Saitek Panels, not worth it, as I don't see the advantages over the original SPAD software. For my part, I stick with the original SPAD, and of course completely deinstalled the Saitek Drivers. Work...

Re: Instrument/panel size has just grown.
Try and find the Air Manager config.xml file, and rename it config.old, then restart Air Manager. Your gauges should come back.

Thanks Shadyowl for the hint.
I'll setup a Windows script to keep the xml.file safe.

Re: Am 2.1.3 doesn't keep instrument panel position
I can understand that since the workspace has changed, Windows then asks AM to redraw the gauges using the newly available workspace max coordinates. But what I find annoying is since I'm supposed to have backed up the appropriate configuration using the "save configuration" menu, when the...

Am 2.1.3 doesn't keep instrument panel position
I encounter a very annoying and recurring problem since a long time. I have 4 computer screens connected to my Laptop, and my AM B58 panel is located on a 24 inches monitor, with all gauges (20+) manually positioned. I have made the panel "locked" by clicking on the lock icon of the panel,...
