I tried Spad.Next. Waaaay too much complicated in my opinion, and if you are planning using the stock Saitek Panels, not worth it, as I don't see the advantages over the original SPAD software. For my part, I stick with the original SPAD, and of course completely deinstalled the Saitek Drivers. Work...

Which version are you using?
Have you reinstalled the software?

Try and find the Air Manager config.xml file, and rename it config.old, then restart Air Manager. Your gauges should come back.
