That looks fantastic, both the gauges and the panel you built for them.

Re: P-51D cockpit build
When you get a chance a pic of the gauges lit up would be awesome, a video of the sim in action would be even better
Really nice work

Re: RMU style radio for FSX?
Get rid of the lower button to make room for a dual rotary encoder and add a Com2 and Nav2 and I think you would have a nice radio panel.

Re: RMU style radio for FSX?
I have never printed a panel before and I'm surprised at how accurate it is turning out. Hopefully this ends up just being a test for getting the button holes etc sized correctly.

The weather radar just wasn't going to cut it in a 600 series.

Re: P-51D cockpit build
Looks fantastic, I bought the same joysticks so I could hack the grips for my Jetranger cockpit. Still waiting for the video of your pit in action.

Piper Aerostar 600
So with A2A buying a Piper Aerostar I decided to take the chance that we would be eventually seeing a Accusim Aerostar 600. For me a fast and agile, piston twin is the perfect home cockpit. I started designing the cockpit in CAD and hopefully will be ready to start cutting parts out this Fall. The g...
