Cool, thanks for the link to the monitor you found as well. I have been ordering the same one from China and this is cheaper and with faster shipping as well. I'll post pics in a new forum topic, I finally settled on the fixed wing sim I'll be building along side the Jetranger.

Re: BendixKing KLR 10 AOA indicator
I hate losing work like that, it's frustrating for sure. I'm just thinking out loud here but it would be cool if there was a round style gauge that would fit into an instrument panel? not sure if Bendix King has something like that? either way it will be a great addition.

Re: Set of Collins radio controllers in development
Thanks Alfred, that was an easy addition to make to the panel and I think it's going to be a big improvement as far as giving it some depth and realism. Cheers

Re: Set of Collins radio controllers in development
Good suggestions Alfred, I will definitely make more room for the wires to run. The panel will be made from two sections, the back side will be cut from 1/2" MDF to make room for the switch's to mount. For the front of the panel I have been using 2 ply engraving plastic with good success. It en...

I would love to see an angle of attack indicator for FSX. Looking forward to this one.

Re: Bell 206 Jetranger Project
That looks exactly like the screens inhabe been using. I believe the touchscreen functions with a raspberry Pi but not on a normal computer. I haven't needed the touch screen function so I haven't even tried it. The touchscreen function works with a separate USB connection.

Re: Bell 206 Jetranger Project
The screen is just one of the cheap 7" LCD screens from China, it is compatible with the Pi from what the listing said but I am just using it on my desktop. I got screwed on the screen though as the seller didn't include the drive board and having never been scammed before I ended up giving him...

Re: Bell 206 Jetranger Project
Hello Alfred, I sent you the STL files a few days ago, let me know if you didn't get them. I'm happy to share any of my work with anyone who might be interested. I mentioned it in the email I sent you but thought it might be of interest to people here as well. Fusion 360 CAD/CAM is free for hobbyist...

Re: Set of Collins radio controllers in development
Hopefully it's ok that I hijack your post about your software development with some hardware development? I finished a six pack radio panel that will fit over a computer monitor with your gauges in the background. I had to make the panel .4" think with a very thin engravable plastic sheet as th...
