Judging from their description, it only tells you if the button is pressed, it does not necessarily mean that the command has been executed. Sounds a bit dangerous to me...

A viewport should eventually be able to be created from an image (PNG). That way you can create complex viewport structures. Something for 3.x ...

Our plugin is loaded way before the SquawkBox plugin, almost immediately, just after the PluginAdmin. So it's probably another plugin that causes trouble. Of course it's not 100% sure. You can try to reproduce the problem with the AirPlugin removed from the plugins folder.

I begin to understand what you're after. I thought you wanted to create a weather radar image from datarefs, but you're using an image from an external source. My bad.

Now you're talking about shapes, not images. I don't see any problem in loading the images before the instrument starts, in fact, I only see advantages. With shapes that's something totally different.

Hmm okay, but then you're dependent on a 3rd app. Would be awesome to get the data straight from the sim. Laminar Research said they were going to make that possible, but that's about 1,5 or 2 years ago when they promised that...
