Re: Air Manger on Touchscreen

At the bottom right of the AM main window, does the status say it's connected to your simulator, or searching for simulator? Also, you didn't mention which sim you're using. Some instruments are only compatible with specific sims. So if you have instruments that aren't made for the sim you're using,...

Re: No sound

Not at my cockpit computer atm, but I believe there's a setting in MSFS so that it mutes itself if the sim window loses focus. You need to switch that.

Re: MFS2020 + PMDG SDK coding

The Airbus (particularly the default one) and the PMDG 737 are totally different animals. Most 3rd party plane devs use as many of the standard SimConnect and SDK events and variables as possible in their aircraft. Not PMDG. From what I've seen, most of the PMDG 737 runs off of custom lvars, not eve...

Re: 5th monitor -- best way to add

The thing to be aware of is the age of the second card. Nvidia like to remove support for the older cards as newer ones come out so that cheap second card will not stay working forever if it’s nvidia. I suppose you have the option to update it for something newer when the time comes and prices are ...

Re: 5th monitor -- best way to add

A USB-C to HDMI will work just fine. Just don't display the main sim window on it and you're fine with that. It's a cheap way to add extra video ports. Be it through a USB C dock or standalone sing / dual USB to HDMI. If you need many more (as I did needing an extra 4 ports), I went with a cheap use...

Re: Generic ambient light dimmer instrument

@FLRob27 and @Toddimus were the brains behind the dimmer itself. Perhaps they may have more insight about it than I do.

Re: Imported .siff files do not show in Air Manager

Chances are what you imported were likely a set of instruments, not panels. Instruments won't show up under Panels. They'll show up as being available under Instruments once you have an active panel that you want to import instruments into.

Re: Can’t see PFD/MFD pop outs

Set the position coordinates to 0, 0 and you're good to go to set them properly. There's no need to mess with any config files.

Re: Air Manager and MSFS2020 pop out manager

POPM does more than just place your popout windows. At its core, that's indeed its root functionality as it was made before Asobo baked in the functionality in the half-arsed way. - POPM will allow much more accurate sizing and placement of your popouts, as you can directly enter numerical values. -...

Re: Pushing instruments to 2nd copy of Air Manager

You can't directly push from one version to the other. It will require manually moving the instruments from one computer to the other. There are 2 ways to do that. 1. Use the EXPORT feature - Export your instruments to SIFF files and manually move them to the other computer. You can do this with phy...
