Re: PMDG 737-700 instrument collection

Hi 737 pilots,

I have finally submitted my instrument collection. I hope it will appear soon in the instrument library.

Re: PMDG 737-700 instrument collection

Todd, the member of our team who coded up the weather / dimming portion, does want to revisit this to get the values more accurate. It works really well atm, but he wants to revisit it to get it to match more closely. Not sure when he'll be revisiting this, but it will be happening at some point. T...

Re: PMDG 737-700 instrument collection

Hi Crunchmeister, yes, the dimmer instrument is great. One thing, that I notice is, that in some darker wheather conditions, rain while standing at the gate for example, the daylight value seems to be a bit brighter than the light in the virtual cockpit or when looking out the window. Do you know if...

Re: PMDG 737-700 instrument collection

Hi all, I spent a lot of time on the illumination functions of the PMDG 737 instruments and will provide them very soon. This is how the instruments look in my environment/panels: overhead-dimmed.png night-dome-off-dimmed-low.png day.png In order for the illuminatin functions to work, the Ambient Li...

Re: Strange graphics fault

Hi,

I have tried to produce the same error with less instruments and code but could not. So I have generated all-new panels and put the instruments in it. The fault is gone for now.
I have no explanation for that.

Thanks

Re: Strange graphics fault

Hi Ralph, no it's not just the 222 lines in the panel script. In addition it's the 1000 lines of instrument/lib code :) I wanted to save me the process of shrinking everything down as much as possible, because maybe someone had had such a blurred instrument picture before. But of course I have no ot...

Strange graphics fault

Hello, I need help here. I have a problem when showing instruments in a second layer (you could say pop-up layer). The same instrument looks fine in the base panel, but when I show it as part of an instrument group on top of other instruments, it gets very blurred. Please see the picture attached. I...

Re: _fill_gradient_linear crashes Airmanager

Hi,

I use AM for PC Homeuse, version 4.1.5. By the way, _fill_gradient_radial() also has problems. This also causes a crash:

_ellipse(15, 12, 14, 12)
_fill_gradient_radial(5+dx, 6+dy, 3, 40, "#f0f0f0ff", "#a0a0a0ff")

_fill_gradient_linear crashes Airmanager

Hello, I just saw I am not the only one, who encountered this problem. But I am on a Windows 10 PC here. Still it took me almost a day to shrink my instrument down to just these lines, to find the problem. This code works if started as an instrument only, but it crashes AM without any error message,...

Re: Integer number from Lua calculation needed

@Tetrachromat ,

thank you Paul. That works! I see that now. Sometimes simple things are difficult, but your solution is really elegant and short.

And thanks to all
