I tryed to add the Universe repositery of 18.04, to try of install libcurl3, but the system refuses to update...

I looked on the repositery page (your second link) into all the repositery that have packages, there is no libcurl3 into them...

In the first page, there are libcurl3-gnutls and libcurl3-nss. These packages are installed on my system. But no libcurl3... And on second I have no idea if on of these repositery contain libcurl3 I'm sorry but I spend all my time with that and I'm not a specialist of packages... It could not be mor...

but no result, it's the same...
