Re: Feature: Panel Folders
Hey, isn't it time for a new survey of user requirements and usage ? ;) There may be VAST amounts of 'new' items in the 'store' from a very small group of 'users' who may call themselves 'devs' that may well be producing huge amounts of input - which is it ? (quantity v quality) or (quality v quanti...

Re: Debugger CTD
I consulted my 'AI' guru ;) helper and she describes the following (probably of no use at all, but she is normally and generally very useful) - It will be interesting to see if her output is relevant or not  (there is more, but I have paraphrased it) There are a few issues with the metamethods ...

Re: Feature: Panel Folders
Hi, It is hard to prevent confusion here I think :). There is a soft link between panels plugins and instruments plugins, so I could show intrument plugins below a panel. But that might also be confusion, because you would see the same instrument plugin in multiple places. I'm always open to new id...

Re: Feature: Panel Folders
Ralph, I was confused by this specifically. I don’t think anyone is asking for instruments to be fixed to one panel. What we have right now works really well. As far as the folder structure goes, it would be bad to place instruments within panels. That would mean that an instrument cannot be part o...

Re: DIY Knobster Linux flash
OK I give up. It's waste of time to educate windows centric people. Far from the case old chap. Horses for courses et al. In this case, then Microsoft Windows is the absolute go to choice. It is absolutely free. Costs you nothing. Yet you 'refuse' (so it seems ?) to use it. You can dual boot it if ...

Re: DIY Knobster Linux flash
Linux users are a 1% or less of all users. So I guess it is a cost-benefit story. Exactly, Even then , linux, is not 'linux' , it is a totally non standard 'standard' that makes it a nightmare to produce anything for. People talk about 'using 'linux' as if they are using a standardised OS. That is ...

Re: Feature: Panel Folders
I’m not sure I follow what you mean here. We already have instruments in panels. I think YOU first need to define an exact requirement that you believe you need and give reasons for such along with clear examples and how this would benefit the user. So far, it is very vague. It would help to try to...
