Re: Airplayer, rPI4, virtually impossible to get it running....

I don't know if this reveals anything... There's no 32/64 info here... root@raspberrypi:~# cat /etc/os-release PRETTY_NAME="Raspbian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)" NAME="Raspbian GNU/Linux" VERSION_ID="11" VERSION="11 (bullseye)" VERSION_CODENAME=bullseye ID=raspbia...

Airplayer, rPI4, virtually impossible to get it running....

So, what's the secret sauce here? I've installed the latest and greatest of everything on the latest and greatest rPI4, and just when I'm making headway, I get this error when trying to start Bootloader: Bash: ./Bootloader: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error IMHO, the old way, with images...

Pass: siminnovations

Anyone have the newest credentials?

Re: BeechCraft 1900D Project

To the joystick question: If I'm flying a simple 6-pack, then yes, there's ample opportunity to let the sim software handle key/joy events. The problem is one of avionics complexity: In this case Avidyne and Garmin G1000. I'll speak only to the Avidyne system as it's the one I'm most familiar with....

Re: BeechCraft 1900D Project

I was working on it.. almost full-time. :-) I reluctantly had to table the project because it appears (At least for now) that SimInnovations won't be implementing the ability to read key or joystick events, which is pretty much required functionality for a home-built sim. If SI decides to implement ...
