I would like to push the instruments I develop on my desk pc running Air Manager to my sim running Air Manager, and create panels remotely the same as I do to my pc's running Air Player. Is this not possible with 2 Air Manager licenses on 2 pcs?

You could try Air Player on the machine with the hardware, as it is less than 1/2 the price of another AM license. I have done that with Arduino's, not sure about VKB stuff.
