Re: FS2020 Variable Write Bug

I rather suspect that this is an issue in MSFS. I don't doubt it's an issue in MSFS somewhere, but the problem came with an Air Manager update, not a MSFS one. It used to work just fine. We never had this issue with AM instruments. Then we got an AM update, and it's been showing this behaviour sinc...

Re: G1000 nxi

I built the G1000 NXi overlays that are in Air Manager. The bezels were designed specifically for MSFS and the Working Title G1000 NXi. I was using them throughout the whole SU10 beta and used them again 2 days ago. They work perfectly fine. It sounds like you have a connection issue between Air Man...

Re: FS2020 Keyboard Stroke Generation?

At this point, it's pretty much a sim limitation. AM talks to the sim via SimConnect. SimConnect doesn't accept straight keyboard interaction for entering text. I think you're hoping for something that at least the current time isn't possible. I could be wrong, but to the best of my understanding, t...

Re: FS2020 Variable Write Bug

It's an annoying bug, that's for sure. Not a show stopper by any means, but an annoyance. It affects pretty much any custom lvars of that start with a default state with a non-zero value. It affects my Kodiak 100 , C310R, and C414AW switch panels. As an example, when a 3-way switch is controlled by ...

Re: Air Manager panel disconnects from MFS2020.

Odd. I've been using SU10 since the very first beta 5 months ago. I use Air Manager on every single flight and haven't encountered this disconnection issue. I've used it on a wide variety of planes, albeit not the JF Pipers (don't have those planes). Not sure what could be causing the issue. Hopeful...

Re: HPG Airbus H145 Main Panel with Helionix MFDs

Well said. Definitely the best way. You can bounce ideas off each other and share resources. Exactly. It's great to have others to bounce ideas off of. And in the case of the strengths / weaknesses I mentioned - someone might be better with programming, the other better with graphics. Combining tho...

Re: HPG Airbus H145 Main Panel with Helionix MFDs

I highly recommend that if you're both working on the same aircraft that you get together and combine your efforts. You can make much faster progress that way, and you each may have particular skills that may be the other person's weakness. Or at the very least, coordinate so that you both can work ...

Re: HPG Airbus H145 Main Panel with Helionix MFDs

Is your MFD an overlay or do you plan to do a complete Instrument ? He says " The Popout’s are controlled via the MSFS Popout Panel Manager " so I think it's pretty safe to say it's an overlay only. That said, there's nothing in these instruments that couldn't be built in AM natively and ...

Re: Anyone using a 32" 4K monitor for coding ?

I wasn't much of a fan of curved monitors either before I got this one. I think because most of them were small. I think it's very much a gimmicky thing on small monitors. There's exactly zero need for a curve on a 16:9 monitor, and zero need on any monitor smaller than 32". On larger UW screen...

Re: Loupedeck integration

It's much like using a StreamDeck with your sim. You don't use the device to control Air Manager. You use it as a supplemental hardware device to control stuff in the sim.
