I also got stuck with servo motor. Using those generic 9gr blue servo motor here. Tried the "add hardware" thingy with no go. I also copy paste the sample engine rpm from wiki. No movement. Make sure the pin is PWM-able .. checked at Pin45 (arduino mega) Add extra 5v just incase.. still no...

I am building a DIY knobster and having a bit of an issue with its accuracy. Not really a dealbreaker, but i am looking for some tips to improve it.
