That is a great price!
Where did you find the encoder? Knobs? Costs?
Cheers,
Eric

Re: Building Knobster Does Encoder com go to GND on nano
Yes. You will have three points on the encoder that go to ground, the two commons for the inner and outer knobs and the ground for the switch. There aren't enough grounds on the nano to make this work, so you'll need to join these together and connect them to the Nano. This might help: https://simin...

Re: How do I find what variable is being used in FS2020
You may find some help from other autopilot implementations:
-> the GMC305 instrument in the free instruments section seems to have some relevant FSX variables - download it and look at the lua code.
Not really familiar with the FSX universe...maybe others can jump in...

Re: Panel Requests?
Hi Eric, I'm looking to make a panel for the Jabiru J-170 Light Sport Aircraft from IRIS Simulations. According to their website, there are four possible panels that are available for that aircraft. The one pictured on the website shows five flight instruments, four of which are standard. The fifth...

Re: Panel Requests?
Good Morning, I'm learning to fly a light sport aircraft in FS2020, which is obviously not in the panel shop of Air Manager. With that being said, is there a way to submit requests for panel designs from the community here? I've looked at the user guide, and the XML coding process is way beyond me....

Re: Bind knob selection to keyboard?
Is it possible to have the knob(s) on an Air Manager instrument activated (as though selected on a touch screen) by a keypress on, say, a numeric keypad, in order to then adjust values using a Knobster? Thanks:-) I don't believe that activation is exposed in the API. There may be some way to do som...

Re: DIY Knobster Case?
Hello, I am putting together a Knobster and was wondering what some of you are using for a case to hold both the Nano and the Propwash encoder. There are a lot of plastic "project boxes" out there, not sure what would be best fit for size and access to the USB port. Thank you. Not elegant...

Re: Pi Player can not find X-Plane. Air Manager can not find Pi Player
I have both the Windows Air Manager and the Pi Air Player on the same network. I can ssh to the Pi from the Windows computer. Air Manager can connect to X plane on the same computer. However on the list of device it only shows the IP of my router with a question mark, not the Pi. On the Pi display,...

Re: Help with hooking instruments from P3D and X-Plane to Air Manager
Thanks for the info. I could get the panel to pop out of the aircraft, but not in windowed mode to get if onto another screen for the instrument panel display. Did you figure it out? You should have seen it in Russ's video. Click on the GPS to pop it out of the panel. Then... Here's a quote from th...
